Biography

Paul Dickman, MD, received his medical degree from Pennsylvania State University College of Medicine. He went on to complete his internship at the Milton S. Hershey Medical Center and his pathology residency at the University of California, San Diego.

Dr. Dickman's interests focus on pediatric solid tumors, particularly Ewing sarcoma. For many years, he was a study pathologist on COG clinical trials of Ewing sarcoma. He has carried out in-vitro biochemical studies of tumors as well as clinical and immunohistochemical studies. Currently, he collaborates with hematologist/oncologists at Phoenix Children's Hopsital on studies of possible therapeutic targets in solid tumors. He is also interested in other pediatric diseases, such as microvillus inclusion disease.
