Biography

Ali Al Yaqoobi, MD, FACP is a Clinical Informatics fellow at the University of Arizona College of Medicine - Phoenix and an Internal Medicine physician in Phoenix, AZ. He is an active member of the American Medical Informatics Association (AMIA), fellow of the American College of Physicians (ACP), American Medical Association (AMA) and the American Association of Physicians Leadership (AAPL).

Dr. Ali's interests involve improving healthcare value to patients through data driven quality, safety measures, process improvement and leveraging big data analytics for population health management. Additionally he's interested in improving physician wellness by promoting awareness though quality improvement measures; improve both patient care via telemedicine; health system security; and incorporating Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Blockchain in improving healthcare.
